What should I do if my package is lost?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United State. Shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses is not available.
What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 8 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or a full refund. Attach a photo of the item when contacting us at contact@omerta.com.
